Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PURCHASING FROM OUR SITE , YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SUCH TERMS MAY BE MODIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME AS DESCRIBED BELOW. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL USERS OF THE SITE INCLUDING CASUAL BROWSERS.

1. Contracting parties.

When you purchase any items through any of the Site you will be entering into a formal contract with EdenCoeur Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 05822318. EdenCoeur Limited is referred to in these terms and conditions as 'we' 'us' or 'our'. "You" refers to any individuals, businesses or their representatives, ordering any products from EdenCoeur Limited.

2 Conditions of Sale:

EdenCoeur Limited acts as the sole UK importer for our exclusive range. We also manufacture our own exclusive designs. Items purchased from this site are intended for private use only -not for resale.If you wish to purchase on a wholesale basis please visit www.edencoeur.co.uk. Minimum purchases apply for wholesale accounts.

3. Availability.

Should we be unable to supply any ordered items to you either within a two week period or within any alternative timescale indicated at the time of purchase, we shall contact you to ask whether these items are still required. Should you no longer require these items, a full refund of your payment shall be made.

4. Payment.

You may pay for your order on-line by using most major credit and debit cards. We do not currently accept AMEX payments

5. Description.

We try to ensure that all of the items shown on the Site are accurately described. However given the individual nature of fabrics used, slight variations in colour should be expected in respect of clothing .

6. Provision of information.

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself whenever you register or order any items from us. When you order any items from us you will need to provide us with full personal  details.. Whenever you make a purchase an account will be set up for you. You can provide more information about yourself to allow us to better serve you with products and content.

7. Security Policy.

EdenCoeur Limited uses a third party payment service provide using the latest 128bit encryption technology to keep your credit card information safe. When making a purchase at Love-EDENCOEUR.CO.UK, you are protected using SSL encryption - the Internet standard for secure transactions.

8. Pricing.

Item Prices quoted include any VAT that may be due as a result of any order that you make, but are exclusive of delivery charges. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site was incorrect for any reason we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price.

We reserve the right to increase prices from time to time without notice.

9 Delivery.

To reduce credit card fraud, your first order and subsequent orders made using a new credit card within 28 days will only be delivered to the credit card billing address.

Please allow one working day for your goods to be handled and packed. Next working day orders will be dispatched the following day of the order for a Next Day delivery. Please note in most cases the delivery companies used class Next Day as the next WORKING day.

Standard delivery items are usually dispatched the day follwing the order but delivered 2-3 days later.

10 Cancellations, Returns and Refunds.

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, for hygienic reasons no refunds whatsoever are permitted on some products .These include all panties, thongs and pasties.

However we are happy to exchange some items that do not fit- these include corsets and footwear AS LONG AS :

They are returned unsoiled in any way with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Please do not remove tags before deciding to keep.Corsets with missing /torn tags or footwear with missing /torn tags or with deodorant/makeup /marks of any sort will not be replaced or refunded.

Once worn ALL FOOTWEAR SALES are final.

For reasons of hygiene panties and pasties may not be returned once purchased unless faulty.

 If you find any product to be defective and you return it to EdenCoeur Limited (the return address is on the packaging and your invoice) within two weeks of receipt of the product, unworn and in its original packaging we will exchange the item that you returned for a like item at no charge.

EdenCoeur Limited reserves the right to credit, exchange, refund or replace any returned items. Any refunds made will be by way of a credit to the credit card/debit card account used to make your order or otherwise by the same medium as the original payment was made.Refunds will exclude the cost of the original delivery. If an item is sent to you in error, please return it to us and we will endeavour to send the correct items to you. In such cases we will not charge you for the delivery costs of the replacement items or we can refund the delivery costs associated with the original delivery. Please note it is not possible to amend or cancel an order once the despatch notification email has been sent.

Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.

As already indicated, should we be unable to supply any ordered items to you within  a two week lead time or within any alternative lead-time indicated at the time of ordering, we shall contact you to ask whether these items are still required. Should you no longer require these items, a full refund of your deposit shall be made.

11 Proprietary Rights and Licences.

All text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, page layouts, design and other material that is contained on the Site is protected by our or third party copyrights, trade marks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. You are not permitted, except where expressly authorised to do so, to change, copy, store, publish, rent, licence, sell or distribute in any way any of these intellectual property rights.EdenCoeur and the EdenCoeur logo are registered Trademarks. You agree not to display or use it in any manner without our prior written consent.

12 External Links.

Occasionally , we may provide links to other websites or resources . These links are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse the contents of those websites, are not responsible for the availability of these websites and will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those websites. If you decide to access linked third party website you do so at your own risk.

13 General.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us in respect of the use of the Site and the items and services offered via the Site. We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
